Tony Walsh has over two decades of experience in sales, negotiation and client advisory, beginning his career at 19 and transitioning into mortgage broking in 2017.

As founder of Loan Location, Tony specialises in home loans, refinancing, debt consolidation and property finance.

Tony entered the mortgage industry during one of its most challenging periods, navigating the Royal Commission, COVID-19 and ongoing regulatory change. Rather than stepping back, he continued to adapt and refine his approach.

With a strong background in high-pressure environments, Tony brings advanced negotiation skills and structured thinking to every lending scenario, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

Janice Cheong

Mortgage Broker

Janice brings over 10 years’ experience across finance and asset lending and has been a mortgage broker since 2019.

She works closely with first home buyers, upgraders and investors, taking a clear and transparent approach to every loan she structures.

Known for her approachable style, Janice takes the time to explain lending options clearly and supports clients through each stage of the loan process, from application through to settlement.

Operations & Client Support Manager

Denise brings more than 20 years of experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex operations across global organisations.

Denise plays a key role in supporting both brokers and clients throughout the lending journey, ensuring processes are smooth, compliant and well managed from start to finish.
