Tony Walsh

Director | Mortgage Broker

Tony Walsh has over two decades of experience in sales, negotiation and client advisory, beginning his career at 19 and transitioning into mortgage broking in 2017.

As founder of Loan Location, Tony specialises in home loans, refinancing, debt consolidation and property finance.

Tony entered the mortgage industry during one of its most challenging periods, navigating the Royal Commission, COVID-19 and ongoing regulatory change. Rather than stepping back, he continued to adapt and refine his approach.

With a strong background in high-pressure environments, Tony brings advanced negotiation skills and structured thinking to every lending scenario, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

Janice Cheong

Mortgage Broker

Janice brings over 10 years’ experience across finance and asset lending and has been a mortgage broker since 2019.

She works closely with first home buyers, upgraders and investors, taking a clear and transparent approach to every loan she structures.

Known for her approachable style, Janice takes the time to explain lending options clearly and supports clients through each stage of the loan process, from application through to settlement.

Denise Walsh

Operations & Client Support Manager

Denise Walsh brings more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and managing complex operations across global organisations, including Ericsson Australia where she worked closely with three Chief Executive Officers.

In 2022, Denise joined Loan Location, applying her leadership background, attention to detail and client-first approach to the finance industry. She plays a key role in supporting brokers and clients through every stage of the lending process.

Known for her calm, highly capable style and love of structure, Denise thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and consistency matter. She helps ensure every application is managed smoothly, professionally and with care.
